File a Claim
Something lost or damaged on your move? Tell us here and we'll get on it.
Filing deadlines
- Interstate moves: 9 months from the date of delivery.
- Military (DP3) moves: submit a Notice of Loss or Damage within 75 days of delivery to preserve Full Replacement Value.
- Florida intrastate moves: per applicable state requirements — file as soon as you can and we'll confirm the window that applies.
We acknowledge every claim in writing within 30 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days, well inside the 120 days federal law allows.
Before you file: your settlement depends on the liability coverage on your move — Released Value at 60¢ per pound per article, or Full Value Protection. Your estimate says which one you chose. Read more about your rights when you move.
